Beloved, congratulations shall continue to dwell in your habitations in the name of Jesus. If you are planning to get married to your life partner, it is always warfare in the camp of the enemy to thwart the success of every marriage. So, knowing this the devil doesn’t just want the children of God to settle in marriage, that is why it becomes a duty for the devil to put on a fight, in various ways to see many marriages being destroyed, frustrated, poverty, misunderstanding, quarrelling, and sometimes breakup. That will not be your portion in Jesus’ name. Amen.
What the enemy does in marriage is introduce disagreement between partners, and arguments that will lead to misunderstandings, conflict and lots more. Partners break up just for mere opinions pride, desires and greed. In the scriptures, Abraham and Sarai experience misunderstandings in their marriage (Genesis 16:4-5), and Jacob and Rachel have a misunderstanding in their marriage (Genesis 30:1). A lot of things happen when two individuals hope to come together as one in marriage.
But there is a solution in God. God is the maker and sustainer of marriage. If God is the masterpiece, the forerunner of marriage, the beginning, middle and the end of marriage is always the best. You will never see divorce in your marriage, no issue of third-party concerns in your relationship, no hatred, no blackmail, no evil reports shall you see.
When you commit it to God in prayers and allow Him to lead will you see that God settles you and your partner in peace, love and harmony. That will be your testimony.
Beloved, I have the following bible verses to read and get ready to pray for God’s presence and guidance in the journey you are about to take.

If you are set to read these verses, start by confession as follows;
Confession
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for all the privileges I am enjoying from your grace. I acknowledge every step you have helped me and my partner to get to this level of our life, your divine presence, and your divine connection with my partner. Thank you for peace and joy and for leading us to agree on a life journey. Thank you for the divine wisdom to even commit this marital arrangement to your hands.
Lord, I come before You today with a humble heart, acknowledging my sins and shortcomings. I confess that I have fallen short of Your glory in my thoughts, words, and deeds. I have not always loved You with all my heart, nor have I loved others as You have commanded me to.
I ask for Your forgiveness and mercy, Lord. Cleanse me from all unrighteousness and purify my heart. I repent of the sins I have committed knowingly and unknowingly. Please forgive me for the times I have walked in disobedience, pride, and selfishness.
Thank You, Lord, for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, whose blood was shed for the forgiveness of my sins. I believe that through Him, I am made clean and righteous in Your sight.
I pray that You would strengthen me to turn away from sin and live a life that is pleasing to You. Help me to walk in Your ways and to seek Your will in all that I do. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, that I may be guided by Your wisdom, love, and truth.
Thank You, Lord, for Your endless grace and for hearing my prayer. I trust in Your promises and rely on Your mercy.
In Jesus’ name, I pray,
Amen.
