Do you want answers to some questions? Do you need divine guidance, wisdom, and clarity from God in matters that require decision-making or direction? James 1:5 – If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. God gives ultimate solutions to revelation.
I give these bible verses and prayers to pray for enquiry from God in times where clarity is most needed, and when decisions are about to be taken. Seek God first and where He is most welcome. Call on Him for wisdom and guidance when you want to marry, seek Him when you want to start a business when in times of difficult situations, don’t conclude or take action, first, call on Him, for divine wisdom and direction – Psalm 91:12.
Prayers is the altar of Enquiry. A believer is called to watch and pray lest they enter into trouble – Matthew 26:41. The prayer of enquiry is a prayer for direction and is more important for success than a prayer for breakthrough (David Abioye).
So, Brethren, Tonight we are going to pray a prayer of Enquiry to find out the will of God for our situations.

Personalized Prayers When You Want to Enquire from God (Prayer of Enquiry) – James 1:5
Heavenly Father, in the Name of Jesus, I come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your wisdom and guidance in this matter that weighs heavily on my mind. You are the all-knowing and all-seeing God, and nothing is hidden from You. Lord, I ask for Your direction and clarity. Reveal to me the path You want me to take and make known to me Your perfect will.
Your Word says that if I lack wisdom, I should ask, and You will give generously without finding fault. So I ask for wisdom, Lord. Show me the way I should go and open my eyes to the opportunities and steps that align with Your purpose for my life. If there are decisions I am struggling with, please make them clear to me.
I surrender my plans, desires, and understanding to You, and I trust in Your perfect timing. Help me to hear Your voice clearly and follow it without hesitation. I reject confusion, doubt, and fear, and I welcome Your peace, knowing that You guide me along paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake.
Lord, if there is anything in my life that may be hindering me from hearing You clearly, I ask that You remove it. Search my heart and cleanse me of any sin or distraction that may block Your voice. Help me to trust You even when the path is unclear, and let Your will be done in my life.
Thank You for being my counsellor and for always guiding me. I trust that You will show me the right way and lead me into a place of peace and prosperity according to Your plans.
